The KKSB Industrial Case for Raspberry Pi 5 is a tough, steel enclosure designed for home, industrial and professional Pi 5 installations, with flexible mounting options (including DIN rail and VESA75) and wide compatibility with HATs and coolers.

All-metal construction

Built to support M.2 and AI HATs, DIN rail mounting, and VESA 75 installations, this case is ideal for control cabinets, automation systems, monitoring setups, and edge computing applications.

Optimised for M.2, AI HATs, and cooling

The case supports many NVMe M.2 HATs as well as the Raspberry Pi AI HAT+ 2, making it suitable for storage-heavy and AI-enabled applications. Included spacers allow proper fitment of different HAT configurations.

A 40-pin stackable GPIO header is included, enabling the use of the Raspberry Pi Active Cooler while maintaining airflow between the Raspberry Pi, the cooler, and the installed HAT.

Industrial design with flexible mounting options

The enclosure is made from powder-coated steel, providing strength and long-term durability. Integrated mounting points allow the case to be installed without opening it, supporting:

• DIN rail mounting (using optional KKSB DIN Rail Clip)
• VESA 75 mounting for installation behind monitors, displays, or on walls
• Desktop placement using the included rubber feet

Excellent ventilation and accessibility

Ventilation slots on both side panels and a honeycomb-style opening pattern ensure efficient airflow for stable operation under load. The design allows easy installation and servicing without compromising enclosure strength.

• Power button access integrated into the case
• Top access for a 40-pin GPIO ribbon cable
